General Guidelines

The Mayor’s Office considers requests for business-related meetings that support the City of Prichard’s economic development, community growth, and strategic priorities, including:

• Business development or expansion discussions
• Economic development initiatives
• Public-private partnership opportunities
• Community-based business concerns
• City-related operational or policy discussions

Submission Timeline: All meeting requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of the requested meeting date to allow sufficient time for review and scheduling.

Review & Approval: Requests are reviewed based on relevance, preparedness, and the Mayor’s availability. Submission of this form does not guarantee a meeting.

Important: This form is for business meeting requests only. It is not intended for speaking engagements, ceremonial appearances, proclamations, or general correspondence. Separate request forms must be used for those purposes.
