Mayor Speaking Engagement / Event Request Form

All forms should be completed and submitted at least 30 business days in advance of the event.
Please note: The completion of this form does not confirm acceptance of the events.

General Guidelines

The Mayor’s Office considers speaking and appearance requests for a variety of community-related events, including:

  • Community meetings and town halls
  • Civic, nonprofit, and faith-based events
  • Educational and youth programs
  • Business and economic development events
  • City-sponsored or city-affiliated initiatives

Processing Time: Speaking requests should be submitted at least 14 business days in advance of the event to allow for review and scheduling.

Review & Approval: All requests are reviewed based on availability, relevance to city priorities, and the Mayor’s schedule. Submission of this form does not guarantee attendance or participation.

Important: This form is for speaking or appearance requests only. It is not intended for ceremonial letters, proclamations, or general correspondence. Requests for letters or proclamations must be submitted through the appropriate request form.
