General Guidelines

The Mayor’s Office issues ceremonial letters such as:

• Letters of Condolence
• Congratulations
• Appreciation
• Welcome
• Other (as requested)

Processing Time: Requests typically require up to 14 business days to process unless unforeseen circumstances occur.

Review & Approval: The City reserves the right to modify or deny any request.

Important: This form is only for letter requests. It does not schedule the Mayor for events or presentations. If you need to invite the Mayor to attend or speak, please submit a separate Speaking Request.
