Traci D. Hale is the Councilwoman for District 3 and President of the Prichard City Council. She holds dual MBAs in Public Administration and Business Administration and is a licensed insurance adjuster, with professional experience in banking and accounting. Her background provides a strong foundation in financial management, administrative leadership, and analytical problem-solving.
A mother of two and a resident of District 3 for the past 18 years, Council President Hale brings both professional expertise and lived community experience to her role. She is committed to transparent, fiscally responsible governance and focused on improving quality of life for all Prichard residents.
